Hans Auto Repair has always been incredibly helpful and insightful. They have always been able to help me, even when they say they are very busy. They have worked with me when I can't pay right away, and they have the absolute best deals, down to the point where they help me find rare filters so that I can do my own oil changes. They are exceptional in the ways they have worked with me. The best shop I have ever experienced.
They have friendly service, and it's the kind of friendliness you only usually experience if your friends are working on your car. It's the only time I have experienced that in a shop setting. They're the top of the line for the Volvo faithful, because that's what they specialize in, and I have been loyal to Volvos for years.
