I own a 100 year old Victorian commercial building. We were having problems with fuses blowing. What I got from Mike's was a low cost ($154)solution with additional recommendations which would solve the problem.
The same A.M. I received 2 other bids one for $1500 or more with no promise this would solve the problem. The other bid was $8,000-$10,000.
Mike's actually looked at the electrical diagram,explained the problem which I could fix. The $154 was for some wiring that needed to be brought up to code. What more can you ask!
