My mother was interested in buying a piano. She traded in our old piano, and had put down money on a new one. Then, my father suddenly passed away. The salesman refused to refund any of her money, and told her she was a bad person for not going through with the deal. They kept calling and pressuring her to do the deal, and even went so far as to threaten her. We didn't go through with the deal, we never got our money back, and they kept our old piano. They are the worst type of human beings on the planet. Stay far, far away from this place. They are horrible people.
