I am so happy with Fire Damage Matthews. I had such a great experience with and was very impressed with your techs, company, and overall customer service. Companies just don't treat people like they should anymore, and it's rare to find one like yours. You are very customer service oriented and treated us with care. You were compassionate to the stress we were enduring as a result of our house fire. I've been telling everyone about the experience I had with you guys, and if I ever have any sort of fire damage again, which I pray I do not, I know you will take care of it the right way.
