First of all I will mention that I am a contractor myself and have the background to do the work myself but with my work schedule this job would have taken me too long. I had a home with extensive fire damage that was hacked up by some fly by Night Company I then halted the project and hired Fire Damage Matthews to do it instead. Fire Damage Matthews fixed up all the mess fast and with a very good working attitude. The detail could not have been better. These guys even cleaned up all the old garbage from the other company and disposed of it for me. I would call these guys at Fire Damage Matthews if I needed work done. more

I was beyond impressed with the entire experience with Fire Damage Matthews. They not only walked me through each step of the process when it came to the fire restoration but they did it respectfully and with a smile. Stop searching... 3/28/2012

It was very late in the evening on a Saturday that fire broke out in a unit of our apartment building and spread to three other units. Fire Damage Matthews arrived at 2:00 am Sunday to board up windows and secure the doors. We had to evacuate 30 people from the complex as electricity and gas lines had to be shut down. Within 5 days Fire Damage Matthews had isolated the four damaged units and we were able to move all of the residents back into the unaffected apartments. This kept disruption to a minimum. We want to express our sincere gratitude to all the folks at Fire Damage Matthews for a most professional performance in bringing this through successfully and ahead of schedule! more

Never had it so good 3/26/2012

After our home burned down, the team at Fire Damage Matthews took such great care of our personal items. They photographed everything. They cleaned soot off precious artifacts that were salvageable. They stored everything, which we could access any time by contacting them. It gave us some peace as a very upsetting time in our lives. more

The service provided by Fire Damage Matthews was prompt, workers were thorough and careful. No odor remains and reporting were quick. My reimbursement for damage was submitted quickly and hassles free. Fire Damage Matthews impressed from start to finish. TEAM OF PROS! 2/18/2012

Fire Damage Matthews saved my entire week! I needed to have someone help me when I had a small fire in my apartment. It was not horrible, just a lot of clean up issues. Fire Damage Matthews came out with almost no warning for them, cleaned up the mess and relieved so much stress off of my shoulders. Come to find out?they all sorts of different services. It is unfortunate that I found this company under these circumstances, but I am so glad that I found them. I will use them again in the future! more

I never thought in a million years that we were EVER experience a fire in our home, I also never knew the amount of damage that a fire could have on your home and your belongings. It was truly an unreal experience. Oddly, my best friend dealt with a similar situation last year. I got lucky because she did all of the leg work when it comes to finding a restoration company to hire to help her. I simply had to call her and ask her for the details. She told me about Fire Damage Matthews. I called them and hired them right on the spot. Fire Damage Matthews proved AGAIN to be reliable and incredibly skilled at what they do. I was in ?Awe? at the results that they were able to produce at the small amount of time they achieved the results in. I was so impressed and I WILL recommend Fire Damage Matthews to others. I was pleased with everything fire damage Matthews did for us during our fire at our home. Our insurance dealt with them which was perfect. They made everything look like a home again. I was so happy we no longer had the bad smoke smell no more. Just a nice clean cent. more

I called fire damage Matthews when our home caught fire. We had no insurance and was really worried our house could never be the same. They really worked very hard on our behalf. I was glad they had some kind of financing for us or we would have been at a total loss. I really am thank full to everything they have done for us. more

I never thought our home would have a fire but it did. I called our insurance and they called fire damage Matthews for us. They were able to get started the next day. I was so happy that they were there for us. They did everything they were asked too and also made sure we were happy with everything. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. more

Our old furnace went and smoked out our house fire damage Matthews fire crew came out and did a great job of getting all the soot off the walls and all our nick-nacks and personal items. A fresh coat of paint in the worst areas later and our home looks good as new they really went out of their way to get our place cleaned up quickly. Thanks a million! more

I called fire damage Matthews when we had a fire in our home. I never thought my home would ever look the same. They were really great from the clean up to the paint on the walls. Everything looked wonderful better than before we had the fire. I was happy they handled everything with our insurance as well too. more
