We compared Maddox to four other contractors getting bids and just the experience on the phone led me to the office to discuss options with them further. When I went in, the front office was very helpful and friendly. They immediately assigned a salesperson to help us answer all our questions, and then we hired them.
Throughout the work, they kept me informed. The did everything on time, performed all the work in a timely manner, and the worked well with my general contractor. We were very pleased with the overall experience, and we would certainly use them again. They were outstanding, and their continued follow up to answer any questions or offer additional support is very professional. They're top-notch, and I can't say enough about them!
