I was probably one of Wade's first clients when he started Axium Inspections. As a realtor, I recommend him to my clients with complete confidence. Wade really cares about his business, which is one of the reasons why I have continued to use his service over the years. He also is so knowledgeable and his communication is so succinct that my clients feel comfortable in his hands...that, ultimately, is most important for me.
When Wade is on an inspection, he is extremely thorough but also very calm and cool. If there are issues with the home, he presents it in a straightforward manner and does not mask anything, yet he does not cause panic with my clients. I know that my reputation is on the line when I recommend Wade, and I feel completely confident in him.
Wade has dealt with so many different aspects of inspections and offers a variety of services, whether I need an infrared test or a mold test. For realtors looking for a home inspector, he is an excellent performer, a great communicator, and takes his work seriously. I have used Axium Inspections many times and had many satisfied buyers.
