While the inspector was well informed and very pleasant he didn't appear to have a system or even a checklist as hee went through the house. He took pictures but I didn't see him taking any notes or using any inspection software or electronic devices at the site. His communication skills were lacking. He struggled a bit while trying to answer questions or explain things. There were a couple of issues that the inspector overlooked which might not have happened if there were a system or at least a checklist in place. more

I have used Axium to inspect two properties that I sold for clients. In both instances, the inspector, was courteous, professional and thorough. The inspection report is clear and concise. I will continue to use Axium whenever I can. more

Overall was a great experience. I followed the inspector everywhere and he answered all of my 10,000 questions. The only negative was it took 2 days instead of 1 to receive the report. I consider that very minor when compared to the quality of the service and detailed report I received. more
