i tried getting my gmas stuff out of their ""storage"" but nobody ever had the key to it. i even went down there a few times to try to get it. but the ""house keeper"" was never there, so they donated all of my grandmas stuff!!! we are devistated that we dont have her belongings now.....that is just one problem though. more than once when i would go to visit my gma, they hadnt taken her teeth out for days. her gums were hurting her and there was even food still in her mouth from hours ago! please do not put someone you love in this place!!!
