I have been very disappointed. The chair we purchased for $1,200 stopped working after 50 days. It took 10 days for the service department to call me back and schedule an appointment. Then I am told that it will be another 3 weeks before anyone can even come out to look at the chair. Pros: Big selection Cons: salesmen that follow you around the store and promise great service, Service department that is non r esponsive
