Unfortunately I did not do my research before calling Steve Lang Appliance repair to my house. He has one of his ""tech's"" call me and tell me he is in my area right now and could I meet him, I agree leave work and drive 30 miles to meet him. After waiting around and calling him again he tells me his boss Steve Lang told him to cancel my job and to go to another(must have been a high paying appointment) I remind him I just took off time from work for his convenience, he then tells me he will call me right back. He never calls me back and has evaded my calls ever since. In a way I am lucky they never made it in my house, I can only imagine the damage they would have been done.
