I like my neighborhood gym. The staff are very friendly & helpful.The atmosphere is low key--you won't see any gym freaks here. And you don't have to ""dress up"" to go to the gym. There are lots of colorful tattoos and super nice local folks. I do wish the gym would get a few new peices of cardio & weight equipment. Otherwise I recommend Giants to everyone, all shapes & sizes & levels of fitness!
Pros: rarely crowded, always open
Cons: needs more ventilation/A.C. & some new equipment
