I went here on a Saturday a few weeks ago with my bf. We've been to the uptown one a few times and loved it so we thought we'd def. love the new one on the lake. Well not so much. The place was packed so maybe that is why, but still. There service was horrible and the food sucked! We were taken upstairs which at first we thought that should be cool. Not at all. They sat us in front of this wall so we had no view and then the waiter left us and never came back. You are kinda forgotten about up there! They brought us chips and salsa but never got our drinks and our mouths were burning from the spicy salsa. My bf ordered the Mesquite Chicken dinner and it was soo bad. The chicken was dry and tough and he didn't even eat it. The waiter had this attitude like, ""I didn't make it so don't take it out on me."" We asked for the manager and he didn't come. The waiter came back to tell us he was too busy and that he was already yelled at. Again trying to make it so we didn't take it out on his tip! He said the manager said that since he ate some of it (2 bites) there was nothing he could do. It was horrible and just bad business to be that way! I was very disappointed since it is in a great spot and it was a nice atmosphere. Maybe they will get their act together and the service will get better.
