They had dealt with some problems I had earlier with my external Hard drive,successfully. But when I knocked the thing off the desk while running,I was looking at a fairly large bill to extract 500 kilobites off a dead hard drive & buy the parts to replace it, & after going through 3-4 harddrives in a fairly short time I was ready to give up on external hard drives alltogether. I had the computer at the shop for the diagnostic & was going to just pick it up & not fix it, But Jason had remembered me from my past problems & just decided to archive my info anyway, did not charge me, told my to send in my broken hard drive for a new one,under warrenty, & put me all together for the $40 diagnostic fee.
I have felt good about the work & the prices I have experience AT A-1 best computer, & I am really thankful they went the extra mile for me & I still have all my info & work on a Hardrive that I basically had let go of.
Pros: Went the extra mile to fix my situation
Cons: easier to park before 4 P.M.
