Review content:
I've sent in several orders over the last few months to Palomar. Each order came with a custom professional art design, which is great since I don't have an artistic bone in my body. It's clear that Palomar's services are in high demand since each ETA on delivery is aggressive but firm and their staff is always moving on something. They've met each order on time but better call ahead before showing up early. One order was a rush and while I'm pretty sure they had to work overnight to get it done, it was still on time.
I think it's great to have a company that doesn't quote policy and procedure and instead tries to work with me to accommodate my needs.
I'm surprised at some of the negative comments, because I've recommended Palomar to my friends and club organizers I'm involved with and haven't regretted it or had to eat my words.
