Absolutely over priced and was treated poorly. Quality is ok but I've seen better for cheaper. Get quotes before you approve a job.

The company I work for recently won a safety award, and all of the associates agreed that they would like logo wear t-shirts. After pricing other competitors, and talking to other companies, I found that Palomar's customer service, prices, and quick turn-around time were just what we were looking for, so we placed a rather large t-shirt order with them. more

Great to work with! 9/29/2011

I recently needed to have a banner made quickly. I called and talked with Sam - he was extremely accomodating. They did the art work for me for a minimal extra cost and the final product was beautiful. It will last us for years to come. Sam and staff could not have been more helpful or professional. The cost was extremely reasonable. I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality project and great service. more

Dedicated staff and competitive prices 9/28/2011

I've sent in several orders over the last few months to Palomar. Each order came with a custom professional art design, which is great since I don't have an artistic bone in my body. It's clear that Palomar's services are in high demand since each ETA on delivery is aggressive but firm and their staff is always moving on something. They've met each order on time but better call ahead before showing up early. One order was a rush and while I'm pretty sure they had to work overnight to get it done, it was still on time. I think it's great to have a company that doesn't quote policy and procedure and instead tries to work with me to accommodate my needs. I'm surprised at some of the negative comments, because I've recommended Palomar to my friends and club organizers I'm involved with and haven't regretted it or had to eat my words. more

Palomar Printing offers not just superior quality products, but exceptional customer service. I bring them only one order per year, yet each year they remember the details of my last order and ask, ""Want this the same as last time?"" Their prices, including for an order that's going to be shipped halfway across the country, can't be beat, as I found out by investigating a half-dozen alternatives, both in the area and online. They'll always go the extra step to save you a dollar without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Palomar Printing! more

Support Local Family Businesses - They Care! 9/2/2011

I decided to give this local printer a chance when I needed 450 screened tshirts for an annual event. They came through in a timely, cost effective way. Sam even suggested setting up a website through him so that our employees can buy logo items directly (which they have been asking for for years). I have since ordered embroidered polo shirts that are beautiful and represent us well. more

Palomar cares 9/1/2011

I was in Palomar today picking an order up when Derek from gov't surplus came in. I knew him from attending one of their gigs. I've worked with Palomar for years. They are nothing but professional and from what I saw did not deserve the treatment they received from Derek. The swearing, yelling and threatening from Derek was amazing. The manager handed him back his deposit after Derek threatened to destroy them and their business. From what i gathered he couldn't get his act together. He stormed out yelling. I can say I will never attend another concert of theirs. I'm amazed at how rude people can be. more

My name is John, owner of INFIDEL USA a Functional Fitness Apparel company. We make CrossFit/Military inspired designs. I was originally going to make the t-shirts myself, while doing more research about the silk screening process...it was way to overwhelming to do it myself. So I came to Palomar Printing and talked to there team. The owners are veterans and were really excited to work with me on this new project. I needed the t-shirts in a week to launch my site. They printed 1,000's of t-shirts for my new apparel line in a week and folded/packaged and added custom care tags with my brand. Quick turn around great quality and a great team that works for Palomar! :) If you are a new apparel company this is your one stop shop! more

DO NOT USE PALOMAR PRINTING IN WORCESTER MASS 9/1/2011

UNPOFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL They just took me for $300 deposit and less than 22 hours before sched. pick up of 5 dozen shirts for tommorows gig ,where we have preorders to fill they are refusing to do work or give $ back .They were very unprofessional and shady though the whole prosses , sending documents for you to varify , with the fine print all blurry and charging 2 xtra screens and all these xtra fees that would have been due at pickup ( that werent on est. ) When we asked them about it is when there already poor attitude got worce . To top it all off the a*smonkey at the counter was threatining me physically and refused to let me talk to owner NEVER USE THEM.. PALOMAR = THIEFS more

The guys and gals at Palomar could not have been more professional and accommodating. I had a last-minute job that was down to the wire in every way. From the ordering of the shirts, to the artwork, and delivery, everything was top notch. We will use them again and I recommend Palomar to anyone who needs a printing job done on-time and well. more

Poor Quality, awful coloring. 8/19/2011

Completely unprofessional, unfriendly and even worse results. The colors were completely washed out, I would never recommend this business to anyone. I've gotten a lot of t-shirts and band merchandise done from various vendors over the years and this is one of the worst finished products i've received to date. more

Glad I gave them a Shot!! 7/1/2011

After reading the reviews I was at a cross road to use this company or not....I gave them a shot and I was so pleased.....After speaking with Sam at the front desk, he mentioned that they had gone through a little tough spot, but they were back up and running full speed. From my first contact with Sam to doing the art to getting my order completed I was very happy with the service and quality of the products...I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get screenprinted apparel. more
