I have been to this salon a few times before and have always been very happy. However, today's experience took the cake! I had a 10am appt. and was coming from Secaucus, NJ. I left at 8:30am to allow for some traffic. Since I'm so bad with directions I used my GPS. The stupid GPS took me through the Holland Tunnel instead of the GWB. OMG! I got stuck in the worst traffic ever in Manhatten! I didn't arrive until almost 12pm! I was so frazzled when I arrived because I really thought they were gonna turn me away. But they still took me! They told me to relax. They gave me a cup of coffee and got me a bagel. I couldnt believe it. I was there for the Brazilian Treatment which takes at least 2hours and they didnt turn me away. Several of the staff helped Thomas, the owner, so he could still do my hair. I was soooo impressed!!! They were fantastic! They make you feel like family. Really the sweetest people you can imagine!!! I will be back soon! You should go too!!!!
