Review content:
I feel extremely lucky to have had Erin as a part of my recovery from my eating disorder that I have struggled with for over half my life. Erin was able to get through to me in a way no one else ever could. She never gave up on me continued to challenge me and my relationship with food. She helped me battle my ""food beliefs"" one by one and pushed me to my fullest potential. She for sure practices what she preaches and has inspired me to push through all fears. She helped me discover that my disorder isn't really about the food it is about the emotions that come up when the food is placed in front of me. She challenged me and I believe that with out her constant pushing I would not be alive today because I was scared of every food and was not able to let myself have any of it. The most important thing that Erin taught me is that I can actually enjoy food and enjoy the company I am with while eating. She went out of her way to make eating fun and desirable. I love her to death and if you have been struggling with an eating disorder or you think you need help she is my number one recommendation.
