Businiess name:  Gents Barber Spa

Review content:
I was visiting Charleston on business and decided to treat myself to a shave on each day of my two-day visit. On my first day, I went to a competing mens salon nearby and to Gents on the second day. This was my first ever visit to Gents and I made the appointment in advance and did not request a specific barber. I was introduced to Cynthia who gave me a good shave but the process felt just a bit too rushed as I was in and out of her chair in less than 30 minutes. For the price of $40 and claims on the website that GBS is ""unique"" and ""like no other"" it would have been reasonable to expect one or two additional applications of hot towels as well as a cool towel at the end. Maybe a chair or scalp massage? Having experienced many shaves at different shops over the years, I have learned how to differentiate a good shave experience from a great one. That said, I can appreciate that as individuals, we have different expectations and it's very hard to please everyone 100% of the time. The shop I went to the previous day for a shave exceeded my expectations so I will be going there in the future.
