What I am about to write should probably not be considered a full review, as I have only been inside this gym once; this is more of a ""second hand"" review. My wife is a member of the this gym and loves it. I have been a member of a bigger gym down in Salt Lake, but as I live in Layton and no longer work in SLC, I was looking around locally. It is reasonably priced, which I liked, has a very convenient location, and sounds like it's more personalized than a larger gym. It has a variety of classes and instructors, and class participant's input about the classes are actually valued and acted upon, when possible.
