Lady Lifestyle fitness center is horrible! Very VERY bad customer service! The staff ignores customers standing at the desk. If you call with a question be prepared to be yelled at. I could not get answers to my questions and still have not been able to get out a contract that expired a year and a half ago. I have been a member of three different gyms. The staff is consistently rude. They have the worst customer service I have ever recieved from an establishment of any kind. The contract is vague and allows for others to sign the contract for you and is legally binding to you regardless the person signing it. The contract also does not end when the contract time is up. It continues indefinantly and you cannot cancel it unless you have proof of a move or have a serious medical condition. The hours are short. The facility is small. They do not offer all the classes that they claim to offer. They do not clean their machines after each use. They are difficult to get to. If you are looking for a gym in the Layton area choose a different one. I would never recommend Lady Lifestyle fitness.
Pros: They offer free shampoo in the shower.
Cons: Customer service is awful and the facitily is small
