The absolute FAVORITE part of my day is the hour I spend at Lady Lifestyle Fitness Center!!! It's called Lifestyle Fitness Center now, but it totally CATERS to women and our special needs! I bring my 2 grandchildren (OK, I am a little young to be a grandma...) to the daycare which is FABULOUS! The daycare is always clean and orderly and the babysitter is a professional, caring gal that I have grown to love! The fitness instructors (I take Step, Kickboxing, Body Shop, Boot Camp - OK, I take all of the classes!) are professional and personable. They work very hard to meet each persons individual needs. With several different levels to each class... easy, medium, hard, harder, etc., it is easy to get started and easy to keep challenged! The instructors make sure that we are using the equipment correctly and safely. They have all become friends to me and the other members! The Manager of the gym, Sindy is very professional and approachable. It is so nice to be able to give suggestions and not only be heard, but also to discuss the pro's and con's of my ideas. I have been a member for over 3 years and have brought lots of friends in to join in on a class or two... (for free!) several of whom signed right up and are still loyal members! You can't beat the price of membership and when one of my friends had to quit the gym, she just gave a 30 day notice and that was that. (She had to quit because she got cancer...yuck!) The staff and teachers are constantly encouraging us and telling us how much they love us and want us to succeed. Always smiling and eager to take time to visit with us or address our concerns, I feel welcome and appreciated as a member! As a professional Realtor, I am expected to be honest and to have great customer service - which I in turn demand from the businesses that I deal with. This Gym has everything and more that I want and expect! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SINDY AND STAFF OF LIFESTYLE FITNESS! I love you too!
