i called and set up an appointment for a haircut recently after looking up the overall ratings here. i walked in early for my appointment. there were no chairs to sit at so i stood there and waited to speak with the receptionist. she was very unpleasant and not paying attention to clients and she didn't acknowledge me for a long time. she didn't even recognize the name of my hairstylist and told me that ""there's no such person working here."" when the hairstylist does show up (very late), SHE cancels my appointment. i reschedule and they never call to confirm it. i never went there and i don't recommend it to anyone. its the worst possible salon you could ever go to!
Cons: unprofessional, disorganized, unpleasant
