I went there just to check it out, while waiting for my daughter theater class to end. I had just arrived in Santa Cruz, less than a month before. And desperately needed a stylist. They gave me the free consultation for what I was interested in and with the person that dealt with my type of hair (which is very VERY curly, almost ethnic), Ashley. That day I made an appointment to change my look for my 27th B-Day.
Pros: The products they use are fantastic for my hair, their service and my preferred stylist is great with my hair. Good value.
Cons: Your stylist may not be working on the day you need her. Everyone is a specialist in their area and not great at the other areas.
