Doce is my favorite place for lunch in RTP.
After the loss of their original chef, Nate, David and Caroline struggled to fill those shoes. No longer-they are back! Oscar is preparing food the way that Georgio intended and Nate would be proud, too. The hot foods are wonderful, they offer some great sandwich specials daily and I can always count on their fresh salads.
Although their hours are from 11-2 weekdays, ocassionally I will drop in before 11 and grab a breakfast burrito and a coffee. I frequent doce often and have never left there dissatisfied.
Doce has catered all of the events I done over the last 4 years. Their sandwich trays, hot entrees and salads are second to none and the service is as expected.
