I, too, called this service during the December snow, several days ahead of my trip. The dispatcher assured me that the drivers knew how to drive in winter weather and would be able to reach me on top of a hill. The driver arrived approximately 15 minutes early, was courteous and friendly, and I arrived at the airport with no problem whatsoever. The service is a bit expensive (about $70 with tip from Clackamas), but definitely worth knowing that I would get to the airport when the road conditions were unpredictable. I have recommended the service to friends and will continue to do so, as well as calling them in the future for longer trips when parking at the airport isn't an option.
