Review content:
Rented a steam cleaner that did not work. I could not take it back since the store was closed so I had to wait until the next day. I took it back after work and they asked why I did not call first thing in the morning or bring it in assuming I was lying and had used it. The owner said that it was dirty so it must have worked. Water did not come out of the machine. I read and re-read the directions and tried with a friend for almost three hours. When I took it back in they would not give me another machine unless I paid for another rental and they complained the machine was dirty. They have THE WORST customer service. I did not like going to the big name stores (Menards) but since they have the best customer service and prices I will never go back to Harrys True Value in Franklin.
