Sushi Mambo is always a treat, starting with the warm greeting from the sushi chefs as we enter. The fresh, deep red Ahi in the cases catches our eye as the creative rolls and artistic platters come forth from behind the sushi bar. Sushi Mambo is our favorite restaurant in Napa. The friendly and talented chefs deliver delicious, eye-pleasing sushi accompanied by a healthily side order of humor. Sushi Mambo takes us back the neighborhood sushi experiences of the 80's that got us hooked on sushi in the first place. From the ""Raw Deal"" roll to the ""Just For The 4 The Halibut? and the ?Whatever?s Clever? rolls, premium fish, generous servings and creative preparation are the strong points for this ?not to be missed? Napa dining experience.
