Review content:
I only recently moved to Napa from the City and have been craving Sushi, with no idea of where to go. There are only two Sushi restaurants in Napa, from what I have heard. I was told that Sushi Mambo is the one to try. I sat at the bar, on a Saturday night. Still early and not very busy, the place slowly began to fill up. There was a nice jazz music playing, and then the hum of customers enjoying a night out. I realized I was in a good place. My chef, tall and blond, told me he learned to make Sushi in San Diego, at a Japanese restaurant there, and said he is graduating student of the Culinary Institute of America. His accent from Tennessee and his blue eyes was far from being asian, but his sushi is die for. Also he was fun to chat with!! Very nice guy!!
Pros: fresh fish, beautiful presentation, professional service
Cons: limited wine menu
