Review content:
Not Thrilled. I went in to donate my hair to Locks Of Love and everybody seemed so thrilled. They booked an appointment for me with one lady who they were confident could do a great cut for me. Well turns out they double booked her and I had to work with another lady. This lady did not seem confident in herself. She seemed scared. I told her I wanted a pixie cut with a little length and side bangs. I walked out of there with straight bangs and REALLY short hair. I don't understand how she got that out of what I had said. If you have to constantly tell me how good it looks, to me, you are not happy with it yourself. When it came time for me to leave she ran away without saying bye or anything. I feel I got the short end of the stick on that one. I'm just glad the cut was free, because I had donated, and hair grows back. I am less than thrilled with my experience.
