Jay Andrews is an extraordinary salon. I am regular customer; I have had a hair appointment with Connie and a waxing appointment with Nicole every other week since the salon opened. From relaxers to haircuts, deep conditioning to straightening my curly hair, and amazing highlights I depend on Connie to bring life to my hair. She spends 1 hour and 15 minutes with me each time I am at the salon - yes my hair requires a lot of work, but the results are amazing. I always get compliments, and in fact, there was an occasion when someone took a picture of my hair at the mall (unbeknownst to me until the person went to the salon and asked Connie to do the same haircut for them)! Most of the staff knows me on a first-name basis and they are always professional and courteous. Needless to say, it is understandable why I am a loyal customer. I highly recommend Jay Andrews Salon for anyone who wants to be pampered.
