I had high hopes after reading the reviews and upon making my appointment in this salon; however, after getting an ill-advised perm there (and I had perms 12 years ago, so I'm not new to this), my hair started coming out in clumps, is extremely damaged and fried. I have cried several times when I look at the damage done by this salon. Worse yet, after a couple of weeks, the perm has some pieces hanging straight and others not - so not even consistent, in addition to the damage. I waited 4 full days before washing my hair, but even before washing, I could tell it was badly damaged.
I left a phone message at this salon for the owner and it was never returned. I'm just disgusted and angry at not only having my hair badly damaged (and it was healthy when I came in - I don't even use heat styling or anything), and at then having no response from the owner. Would never return and am contemplating filing with the BBB.
