hello to all,well this has nothing to do with being angry or having bitterness with this community...but i am just going to tell the truth. Moved here amonth ago and we are moving a month later. They have great maintenance, they have great pick up as far as trash but they are poorly made. you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, we have nosiey neighbors and they have had the cops called on them, brooms to the ceiling and we even the sercurity gaurd supposedly had been called to go speak with them. NOTHING changed.They could have done more in the in the office as far as really trying get the situation handled nothing was done,still noisey and they still dont care. The neighbors wake us up at about 6 am every morning with stomping and running of there child. even on the weekends cant sleep pass 7:30am or 8:00am its crazy you have high hopes of a nice place and its on gate parkway but very disappointed with the outcome of this place. i thought it was better. but everything that glitters isnt gold. Just really would not recommend this plce to anyone unless your moving on the top floor. Yall be BLESSED.... :-)
