I have lived here for over a year now and overall have been satisfied with my experience. My apartment is nice and upgraded, and the complex is in a safe and convenient location. The trash valet picks up your trash right outside your door. The grounds are mostly well-kept, with landscapers who come out once a week; however, there are some muddy spots away from the main drive. The pool area is quite nice. The furniture on the pool deck is new as of summer 2012. And the car detailing area is a convenient feature, with a car wash and vacuum for a couple of quarters. I rent from a private owner so I do not have anything to say about the HOA.
