Review content:
My first visit was last year, and it was my first time attempting to wear contacts. I wanted to go to a small shop to get the most personal care. I have to admit I did get great personal care in learning to wear contacts, but that was offset this year when I went back for an exam. When comparing my statement from my insurance company, I learned that I was charged for services I did not receive, and charged a ""discounted rate"" for the services that my insurance covered! Also, when it came time to order new contacts I was verbally quoted -by the owner- 3 prices for the same contacts, each higher than the other. It makes me wonder how much I had been overcharged the previous year. Then when I called to inquire about a credit on my account, I was placed on a long hold before the owner asked to call me back. Either they don't know what they are doing or they are trying to rip me off... either way I'm not going back!!
