I have bought all my stuff from Audio Video Today over the last 10 years. Every time I have to upgrade, I have gone back to Daniel's store and talked about what I need to get upgraded. He points me in the right direction.
I buy the equipment there and get advice on how to install it. I ran into some issues two of the times, and Daniel came over to my house in order to help me finish the installation. He came over and within 15 minutes it was up an running. I was very impressed.
The biggest thing about Audio Video Today is that they are extremely knowledgeable. When going to a big retail store you are not going to get the knowledge that goes with the equipment in order to pick it out and install it the right way. The knowledge makes a big difference; you may pay a few dollars more but the end result is worth it.
You get what you pay for, and the pressure to buy a lot of stuff isn't there at Daniel's store. The equipment they sell there is high quality, and you can't get it at a normal retail store. Their knowledge and experience is exceptional.
