The portly gentleman who I asked for assistance seemed knowledgeable. I explained my needs and my current home 2 channel system. Mcormack amp and an audio research LS17, a pair of SL3 Martin Logan's. I wanted to add an turn table. He advised that I try out the Rega-Brio and their entry level turn table, a 30 day exchange policy. After several phone calls expressing my obvious discontent, he assured me more break in time needed. I called and informed him I'd like to exchange for a pair of Golden Ear Triton 2. Upon arrival he would not allow an exchange, his actions were so out of character I almost called the the Westminster police. I had to call the Better Business Bureau. I had to deal with an other associate and he has been very gracious. I have since spent about 5,000 dollars. I am planning to buy a new home next year with a dedicated home theater room with B and W Nautilus as part of my reference system. All I asked for was an apology, I'm still waiting... more

I did a home remodel a few years ago, and I had Audio Video Today do all the installation for my TV, stereo, speakers throughout the whole house, and anything else I needed. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. I didn't ever have to call them back. All and all they were very professional and meticulous. They make sure that everything is done right the first time. They also take their time with the job; they aren't dragging their feet, they just make sure it is done right. I have bought a lot of stuff from them in the past, but this is the first time I have used them for an installation. They have a lot of product knowledge, and they are good at making sure you get what you need by asking the proper questions. more

I have bought all my stuff from Audio Video Today over the last 10 years. Every time I have to upgrade, I have gone back to Daniel's store and talked about what I need to get upgraded. He points me in the right direction. I buy the equipment there and get advice on how to install it. I ran into some issues two of the times, and Daniel came over to my house in order to help me finish the installation. He came over and within 15 minutes it was up an running. I was very impressed. The biggest thing about Audio Video Today is that they are extremely knowledgeable. When going to a big retail store you are not going to get the knowledge that goes with the equipment in order to pick it out and install it the right way. The knowledge makes a big difference; you may pay a few dollars more but the end result is worth it. You get what you pay for, and the pressure to buy a lot of stuff isn't there at Daniel's store. The equipment they sell there is high quality, and you can't get it at a normal retail store. Their knowledge and experience is exceptional. more
