Dear Dr. Craig Rouse and Rouse Eye Care Center employees:
The purpose of this letter is to express our deepest gratitude for the excellent care my husband Aaron and I both received at Rouse Eye Care Center. Each and every single person we came into contact with was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and caring. Your receptionist was extremely personable, and interacted with us as well as other patients with such enthusiasm. Shawna also had such spectacular patience, because she spent EXTRA time with me picking out several frames. I could not decide between 7 different frames, therefore we determined I should make my final decision when I returned for my eye exam. Shawna was so considerate because she wrote down all 7 frames I was interested in! Also, Mrs. Rouse warmly introduced herself to Aaron and I, and on our second visit, she helped narrow my decision down to the exact frames that were right for me
