10-17-2011 Dear Dr. Craig Rouse and Rouse Eye Care Center employees: The purpose of this letter is to express our deepest gratitude for the excellent care my husband Aaron and I both received at Rouse Eye Care Center. Each and every single person we came into contact with was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, and caring. Your receptionist was extremely personable, and interacted with us as well as other patients with such enthusiasm. Shawna also had such spectacular patience, because she spent EXTRA time with me picking out several frames. I could not decide between 7 different frames, therefore we determined I should make my final decision when I returned for my eye exam. Shawna was so considerate because she wrote down all 7 frames I was interested in! Also, Mrs. Rouse warmly introduced herself to Aaron and I, and on our second visit, she helped narrow my decision down to the exact frames that were right for me more

Patience is worth it 6/2/2011

Have patience when you walk into Rouse Eye Care Center, the exams take awhile for good reason. Dr. Rouse is so thorough and incredibly perceptive. He and his staff take their time to make sure you get the best premium care. Their office is first class, equipment is state of the art and they have the best selection of glasses around. I have had some serious eye issues, but after proper treatment, I am now seeing 20/15. I've been to other facilities locally in the past that move you through like an assembly line with hardly anytime with the OD or MD. Dr. Rouse takes his time with no apologies and makes sure you are getting proper treatment at every angle. more

Improved Sight for SORE EYES 8/25/2010

Moving to a new area brings the necessity of finding the right team of professionals to meet health care needs. We chose Rouse Eye Center from a list given by VSP at random hoping our choice would be a correct one. more
