From the moment I took my dog to inspect the facility, the general manager took a personal interest in him, so much so I was surprised to find out she was not the owner. The staff all knew my dog by name by his second visit and seem genuinely happy to see him. I particularly was impressed with their conscientiousness about his belongings, making written notes about what comes in with him. Everything is always returned and even cleaned! My pet sitter highly recommended it and uses it for her pets as well. I'm glad I found it.
