Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and professionalism that we received during our dogs' stay in your luxury suites. I have never been away from my dogs for more than 10 hours until my recent extended vacation. From the beginning telephone calls, I was made to feel incredibly comfortable and all my questions were answered before asking. Even my phone calls during vacation to make sure my dogs were OK were met with gracious warmth and assurance. Check-out was a complete sigh of relief as there were no complications or hold-ups. My dogs came home smelling wonderful from their baths and the most tired I have ever seen them due to the day camp. The following services were done above and beyond my expectations: having my credit card on file to expedite transactions, itemized receipt in plain English, detailed medical/veterinary knowledge of the staff, courtesy over the phone, and excellent grooming services! We will be using your services again and recommend your hotel to all of our friends and family!
