Review content:
Lefferts Animal hospital is a good clinic. At least that has been my experience. Fairly good advice, good judgement for treatment and diagnosis.
But, but, their personnel attending to the client is a little bit rough around the edges if not REALLY rough around the edges. They've failed to honor their Veterinary coupons, they mix things up confusing the client and you end up with a fight behind the counter amongst personnel and another one over the counter with the people that bring them the money to continue their operations and pay for the personnel that is treating you like trash. A situation worth submitting to Saturday Night Live skits.
They need to honor their clients and serve them with more respect. It makes you come back and spend your money rather than finding another veterinary clinic.
Pros: Good doctors
Cons: Less than desirable personnel
