Review content:
No appointments. Just walk-in. Sounds great. Well, I knew I would have to wait awhile. First time visit, paperwork was pretty easy. The nurse called me in. She was nice and thorough. I had more of an exam with her than the doctor. My examination with Dr. Jones was all of about 3 minutes. He walked me to the window to check out and gave me a prescription. I asked what it was and was told ""The good stuff"". No explanations. Took to the pharmacy where I was told my insurance wouldn't cover $114.31 of said prescription. Pharmacist called to have prescription changed. No one answered. They are open til 7 and my pharmacist was calling a little after 6:30p.m. Made phone calls next morning, which is today, and was told a message for the doctor has been taken though he is seeing other patients and will not go thru his messages til after lunch. So I am left to suffer that much longer with sinusitis. I am not impressed and will not go back. I will wait for my regular doctor to see me than do this walk-in place again. Out of this visit, the best experience was being evauluated by the nurse. I do not and will not recommend this facility to anyone.
