I would rate them in the negative if it was applicable! If they are the property management company in your community I WOULD BE VERY CONCERNED!! I would bet your funds are being mismanaged worst than their office. I can tell you our investigation lead no where, Jim Calderazzo (the owner) is very crafty. Steer clear of J&L... If your board wont listen, take over and throw them out... like we did. They are BAD news!!! bad bad bad
