Review content:
I read the fabulous reviews, was in serious need of color correction, booked an apt with Paula, she seemed by the reviews, to be skilled and attentive. She was the farthest from attentive, cut me off everytime I spoke, told me she ""didn't have to discuss it with me really,"" and band-aided my color with toner, didn't fix the problem and put in the wrong color base. I left with more demarkation and rings in my hair than I went in with. I called about coming back and let her know it was really off, she had an atitude, told me that she ""would never book out that much time to fix my hair even if she was charging me a lot."" That I'd have to drive down on different occasions for her to fix it. She admitted my hair was a mess, but had no problem letting me leave her salon that way after paying her to fix it. She had no concern that I'm in the t.v. business and make a living based on what I look like....This is how I eat and pay rent. Of all the salons in Miami, New York, LA that I've visited the many years I've colored my hair, no one has ever shown as little concern as she did.
Pros: ???
Cons: attitude, listening skills, treatment of clients
