Imagine what it feels like to have a really cool friend who does hair because that it what a trip to Paula's is like. Actually two really cool friends: Paula and Todd. There is none of that snootiness so endemic to South Beach. Paula actually listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and by the time I got out of her chair I felt like we'd known each other forever. Todd is nothing short of meticulous. I have never gotten out of a stylists chair and liked the look they gave me, until Todd cut my hair. I will go back until they are too old and tired to cut and color my hair! Also, I didn't have to wait weeks for an appt!
Pros: very skilled, very friendly
