This is by far the WORST experience we have ever had buying a car. Not only were the entire staff deceiving with their offer, they did a complete bait and switch. This is the first of many reviews I will post about this dealership. The dealership was desperate to sell a car this day. They had not had a customer in 2 hours and the sales people were playing card games and knitting. We thought they would be honest in giving us a good deal. Unfortunately, weeks later we get a letter from Nissan saying that we still owe on our trade in. This was not in any of the paperwork and NOT discussed AT ALL. We have already spread the word about this dealership to our community centers, town hall, and our weekly social groups. Do not trust this dealership, you will be paying for it later....or will be hiring an attorney.
