when called on the phone,this man was very nice and polite, I wrote down everything that I wanted done to my 2 poodles from cut to pink color nail polish and 2 pink bows in female ( he promised it would be taking care of. needless to say, my dogs had been shaved very close,male dog eyes where blood shot red, skin was bleeding tremendously especially by his peepee area, and the he had the nerve to polish male dog nails dark blue,female dog white poodle hair cut extremely close at the top with 2blue ribbons and whitish pink chalk color on nails half cut and filed,they was trembling scared,this man had the nerve to call me and said that I didn't have to pick them up right away! which made me go instantly what was going on.never ever again.
