Fancy Pups Groom & Board

I love this place. The new owner is awesome and does a wonderful job. She even does more than I ask or expect. She bordered our Booda while we were out of town this past summer and he was wonderfully happy. I have no complaints and would recommend to everyone! more

the man that was there before is no longer the owner new owner and management great groomers and prices go and check it out hard working groomers will try hard to do what you want you can trust your pet to them i do more

when called on the phone,this man was very nice and polite, I wrote down everything that I wanted done to my 2 poodles from cut to pink color nail polish and 2 pink bows in female ( he promised it would be taking care of. needless to say, my dogs had been shaved very close,male dog eyes where blood shot red, skin was bleeding tremendously especially by his peepee area, and the he had the nerve to polish male dog nails dark blue,female dog white poodle hair cut extremely close at the top with 2blue ribbons and whitish pink chalk color on nails half cut and filed,they was trembling scared,this man had the nerve to call me and said that I didn't have to pick them up right away! which made me go instantly what was going on.never ever again. MARCH 20, 2008 I BROUGHT MY ELDERLY DOG OF 11 YEARS TO GET A NORMAL HAIR CUT AND PICKED HER UP AND PAYED. WHEN I PUT HER DOWN IN THE CAR I REALIZED THAT TSHE WAS BLEEDING ALL OVER MY HAND AND BEGAN TO PANIC. I THEN REALIZED THAT THE BLEEDINGD WAS COMING FROM HER TOENAILS THEY WERE ALL BUTCHERED UP AND 4 OF THEM WERE BLEEDING PROFUSELY SHE BLEEDING ON MY CLOTHES AND MY CAR SEAT I BEGAN TO CLEAN UP MY PUPPY, CAR, AND SELF THEN RETURNED TO THE STORE TO SHOW THE OWNER WHO ACTED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. I WAS REFUSED MY MONEY BACK AND THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND CURSED AT MY UNCLE AND TOLD HIM TO GET OUT THE STORE THAT MY DOG WAS NOT BLEEDING. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT U USE ANOTHER GROOMER BECAUSE WHO KNOWS HOW OUR ANIMALS ARE BEING TREATED WHEN WE LEAVE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THE OWNERS. Pros: CHEAPER THAN PETCO AND PET SMART. Cons: BUTCHERD MY DOGS NAILS AND WAS RUDE AND DISREGUARDFUL OF MY FEELINGS ABOUT THE MATTER. more

I would not recommend anyone who cares about their pet to send them to Fancy Pups. The owner/manager (whomever he is in the front) was extremely MEAN and NASTY to myself, my father and my dog. He went as far as calling my dog ""STUPID DOG"" right in front of my father when he dropped him off for his monthly grooming. God only knows what goes on once you leave your pet there.
