Hello Jeff,
As you know, my Wednesday started off on a very chilly note. The Control4 thermostats were not working. I had no heat, a chilly house, and the only thing keeping me warm was my growing frustration. I reached out to David and explained my situation. After he reminded me of some information that we discussed some time ago, I realized that the situation with the thermostats was my fault, and I took steps to remedy the issue.
While all of this was going on, David remained professional, calm, and completed the information. The thermostats are functioning, the house is warm, and my wife and I are very pleased. David's professionalism, thoughtfullness, and attention to detail showed throughout this entire project.
I look forward to getting the security motion sensors installed, having them integrated into the system, and continuing my relationship with Theater Xtreme!
